- Deviation analysis and business drivers’ identification of Profit and Loss, Volume, CAPEX and Headcount
- Business performance through story-telling
- Earnings review with Management
- Stewardship cycles reporting
- Variables forecasting to build the plan
- Management review and presentation
- Transition to modern practices and technology
- Unify models supporting insight generation and data standardization
- Business tools development and implementation
