Ready to lead on planning strategy and guide development from concept to operation? Join our Land & Mineral Resources team as a Planning Manager.You’ll take ownership of ensuring compliance with existing planning permissions, while playing a central role in identifying, appraising and promoting opportunities—securing the consents needed to enhance our estate.You’ll be a confident communicator, able to drive projects forward leading multi-disciplinary teams at every stage of the development process. You’ll provide practical, detailed advice both internally and externally, backed by a strong grasp of the plan-led system and a track record of promoting land for development and securing planning permissions. 

This role will be based either at our Head Office in Breedon on the Hill, or our site in Raisby, so candidates should be within a commutable distance from one of these locations.
