Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning (Assembly CKD, SKD & Battery management)
- Develop detailed production plans for:
- Motorcycle assembly lines
- Battery charging, testing, and installation
- Ensure alignment between CKD/SKD kits, battery supply, and production targets
- Sequence production based on priority models and demand
2. Material & Component Planning
- Ensure availability of:
- Imported kits (CKD/SKD)
- Batteries and charging cycles
- Critical spare parts
- Coordinate closely with Procurement to avoid shortages
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory
3. Capacity & Operations Management
- Plan based on:
- Line capacity
- Labor availability
- Battery charging capacity
