At HEB, we’re looking for a Project Controller / Controls Manager to sit within our Pre‑contracts team, supporting early project development and delivery readiness across major infrastructure programmes. About the Role
As a Project Controller / Controls Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are set up for success from the outset. Operating in the pre‑contracts and early engagement space, you’ll work closely with estimating, commercial, and delivery teams to provide robust cost forecasting, programming, and budget control across large, complex infrastructure projects. The role offers flexibility in location and exposure to nationally significant work, with a strong focus on early contractor involvement (ECI), major roading, and complex delivery environments.
