Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review the Contractor's Baseline schedule of works according to Contract conditions and company recommended practices
- Develop a Master Schedule that integrates multiple packages while considering interdependencies
- Ensure project resources are compatible for timely project completion
- Evaluate and verify planning and scheduling information to identify potential areas of delay or slippage
- Suggest mitigation measures and corrective actions to address program issues
- Prepare regular progress reports and monthly reports with program analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate with the contractor and employer to resolve planning and scheduling problems
- Attend meetings and prepare concise and precise meeting minutes
- Prepare trackers and logs to monitor critical issues during the Design and Construction stages
