Job Description
- Develop project schedules and work programs
- Prepare baseline schedules using planning software
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
- Identify delays risks and critical activities
- Coordinate with project teams for progress tracking
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports
- Conduct resource and manpower planning
- Analyze project productivity and performance
- Support cost control and project forecasting
- Prepare recovery plans for delayed activities
- Participate in project meetings and presentations
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements
