Job Description
Join the Strategy Execution Office as a Portfolio Planning and Delivery Coordinator and help keep important work moving with clarity and confidence. In this role, you will support planning, intake, governance, reporting, and initiative tracking across US Employer Product Solutions. You will help leaders and teams make informed decisions by keeping information organized, accurate, and easy to use.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate intake and tracking for new requests, initiatives, resource needs, and delivery commitments across the Strategy Execution Office.
+ Maintain a clear portfolio inventory that shows initiative status, funding type, ownership, dependencies, and key planning milestones.
+ Track requests from intake through transition to delivery, helping teams stay aligned on next steps, timing, and follow-up needs.
+ Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that help leaders review progress, risks, decisions, and portfolio priorities.
