We are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships with clients and internal service teams while operating with a 72-hour lookahead approach.

Clear communication, regular updates, and timely escalation of issues are essential to ensure all tasks are scheduled and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries and monitor shared mailboxes
  • Allocate job requests to engineers in line with scheduling requirements
  • Maintain and update all relevant systems accurately
  • Operate a 72-hour lookahead to ensure jobs are scheduled ahead of SLA deadlines
  • Liaise with clients to provide clear communication and updates
  • Work closely with internal service teams to coordinate workloads
  • Identify and escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner
