**Role & Responsibilities:**
Key Result Areas:
+ **Support to execute** **and provide analytical leadership on** **key strategies for the buying function** and closely monitor the responsible market’s product performance across channels to deliver the financial category/classification targets, inventory levels, margins, turns, and sales promotions to ensure maximum return on investment.
+ **Support assortment efficiency during buy to drive through Sell Through improvements** , RSP opportunities, volume drivers, and market-specific adaptation
+ **Own seasonal hindsight and foresight and drive category-level product opportunity insights** to inform Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and demand forecasting.
+ **Create and maintain size profiles for your market** , respond to sizing requests based on business needs, including size grid changes, size-out investigations, and optimize inventory level by monitoring sales and sizing trends.
