Job Description
Planning & Execution
- Plan, review and release daily and weekly production schedule for sections
- Address delays and adjust schedules in unforeseen circumstances to meet deadlines
- Create master schedules to ensure each operation meets shipment dates based on forecasts or orders.
- Review monthly forecast and ensure products are planned and delivered to support the revenue requirement
- Forward planning to even the loading by pulling forward or delaying loading to avoid capacity shortage
- Manage supplies to meet production plans and customers’ demand as well as ensure timely delivery of materials to support production build and meet targeted inventory turns
- Monitor performance of suppliers to meet objectives in quality, flexibility, inventory control and actively engage suppliers to improve the deliverables (supplier evaluation and supplier development)
