To ensure all manufacturing activities are planned as per scheduled to meet customer on time delivery, drive for operation excellence and meet factory KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the weekly MP run to ensure all customer orders are met.
- Daily planning using FAST scheduling tool to support manufacturing and fulfill OTD.
- Coordinate and work with the material planner and procurement team for piece part ordering and issuance.
- Liaise with warehouse and die cage on piece part and die inventory control.
- Liaise with manufacturing on delinquencies, output/lagging lots/expedites/inventories and delivery plans.
