Job Summary

Plan and coordinate function to fulfill customer orders using project management/planning and MRP tools as applicable to ensure customer order is delivered on time.

Roles and Responsibilities

Daily

Plan and monitor production orders which include releasing work orders and ensuring on‑time delivery of shipment based on customer requirement. This includes:

• Raise routing request and submit cost roll form before WO launch
• Review backlog and ensure no past‑due MAD, align CSD to ensure completion date accuracy, request for CAD date change and follow up with Project department
• Create rework orders and follow up for NCR components under Engineering revision change
• Prepare shop packet based on planned order report
• Handle project add‑on requirement (if required)
• Follow up on material kits status to ensure full kits prior the planned start date
