Job Description

Basic Purpose

The Maintenance & Reliability Planner will effectively manage maintenance work order planning and scheduling for both the Mountville Manufacturing, Lancaster Distribution, and York facilities. This includes developing PM task lists, Build of Materials (BOM) and schedules for new equipment, as well as continuously improving existing equipment preventative maintenance task lists and schedules.

The Maintenance & Reliability Planner supervises the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler(s) and Maintenance Administrator(s) while working closely with production schedulers to ensure adequate equipment availability, maintenance work plans are complete and necessary parts have been acquired and kitted to ensure the success of the planned activities.
