Job Description

We are recruting for an experienced residential construction Planner.​

Overall Objective:

  • To perform planning duties to support delivery and commercial management of Housing, Extra care & Retirement living projects within Esh Construction
  • To successfully produce, monitor and update the programmes for a number of these concurrent projects at various stages from concept, through design to construction
  • To Assist in the preparation of short-term Programmes to meet interim objectives working with the contracts and site malmanagement teams
  • To work as part of the pre-construction team in preparation of Tender programmes, logistic plans and qualitive responses
  • To ensure NEC Contract Programme compliance
