You will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and integration of key systems such as DMS (Dealer Management System), SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and OMS (Order Management System), ensuring a smooth digital transformation of after-sales services. Your work will improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, supporting BYD and its Dealers in advancing their after-sales digitalization processes.
