Job Description
Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Chef de Partie - Pizza Chef to manage the pizza station and mentor junior kitchen staff. You will ensure consistent quality of dough, toppings, and final pizzas while upholding food safety standards.
The role requires proficiency with pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric), strong organization, and the ability to work in a high-volume kitchen with shifts including weekends and holidays.
