Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Detect piracy signals (usageanomalies, license gaps,third-party intel, audits).
- Identify, build and covert software piracy/non-compliance cases into revenue. This is a pipeline creation plus monetization role sitting between Data, Legal and partnership sales.
- Build legally sound cases (evidence packs,usage analysis, customerhistory).
- Quantify commercial impact (lost revenue, licensinggaps, penalty scenarios).
- Drive case lifecycle: identification → validation → legal alignment → sales handover→closure.
- Partner with Legal on enforcement strategyand communication templates.
- Enable Sales/Partners to convert cases into commercial agreements (licenses, settlements, upselling).
- Maintain clean tracking (case pipeline, conversion rates, revenue recovered).
- Continuously refine detection logic and case creation playbooks.
