Piping Qc Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections for piping installation, fabrication and testing activities.
• Review and verify hydrotest packages ensuring completeness and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct line walk inspections prior to hydrotesting and system handover.
• Prepare and close punch lists in coordination with construction and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3 and ASME Section IX.
• Coordinate with NDT teams and review inspection reports.
• Witness and verify hydrotesting activities.
• Ensure all documentation, test reports and QA/QC records are properly maintained and submitted.
• Liaise with client inspectors and third‑party agencies for approvals and inspections.
