Job Description
Take charge as the Piping Engineering Team Lead overseeing global projects in Canada, Australia, USA, and India. You will manage a team of engineers and uphold high-quality deliverables. In this leadership role, you will guide piping, stress, and pipeline engineers, ensuring projects align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of piping and materials engineers
- Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering outputs
- Hire, train, and mentor engineering staff
- Generate engineering hour estimates and forecasts
- Develop and maintain engineering procedures and standards
Requirements:
- P. Eng. designation in Alberta
- Mechanical Engineering degree required
- 15+ years in oil and gas industry experience
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CSA, ASME)
- Robust leadership and communication skills
