Job Description
**Position Summary**
The **Behavior Technician II and III** provide direct behavioral and educational support services to children and adults with special needs in school, clinic, home, and community-based settings. Behavior Technicians collaborate with teachers, school personnel, behavior specialists, therapists, and families to support individuals in achieving behavioral, social, emotional, and educational goals.
Technicians implement behavioral intervention strategies, collect and document data, support skill development, and assist individuals with challenging behaviors while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Candidates may be considered for either a Level II or Level III position based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated behavioral support skills.
