**Stainless Steel Pipe Welder**
**Job Description**
This role requires a highly skilled TIG welder with strong experience in stainless steel process piping and 6G welding. You will perform precise open-root butt welds on stainless steel pipe across various schedules, interpret technical drawings and welding symbols, and consistently produce high-quality welds in a clean shop environment. The position demands excellent hand–eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on a variety of changing projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel pipe, including open root butt welds on Schedule 10 through Schedule 160 pipe.
+ Execute butt welding of stainless steel pipe by properly beveling pipe ends, cleaning joint areas, and utilizing GTAW (TIG) techniques to achieve 100% penetration.
