Overview Edge Growth Ventures is looking for a high-performing Post-Investment Management Senior Associate to take ownership of a portfolio of early-stage, high-growth impact investments. This role is not passive portfolio oversight, it is hands-on value creation. You will work directly with founders and leadership teams to unlock growth, drive performance and shape strategy across a diverse portfolio of SMEs. You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, owning investments from post-deal handover through to exit, while influencing investment decisions and portfolio strategy.
