The successful candidate will ensure optimal running of the pilot malting plant and micro-brewery, perform preventative maintenance, and adhere to quality controls. The role requires a minimum N4 Electrical/Millwright qualification, trade test certification, and PC literacy. Experience in malting and brewing is advantageous.
