Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities of a Piling Site Engineer
- Plan and coordinate daily piling activities in accordance with the project schedule.
- Supervise piling operations, including bored piles, driven piles, sheet piles, diaphragm walls, or other foundation works.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations, environmental requirements, and company safety procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential safety hazards, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
