Required Skills:

  • Carry out subsurface drilling operations by operating complex, specially equipped machinery, adhering to company safety procedures and ensuring the required quality standards.
  • Configure and operate assigned equipment efficiently in order to minimize wear and downtime while ensuring the required productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures.
  • Guarantee high-quality execution standards.
  • Take an active role in managing site productivity.
  • Inform the Site Manager of any QHSE-related violations.
  • Prepare daily reports on machine productivity.
  • Manage and maintain all assigned equipment.
  • Support the Supervisor in carrying out departmental activities.
