Job Description
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring dependable and motivated Packer & Labeler Associates for a manufacturing facility in Kinston, North Carolina.
In this role, you will pack, inspect, and label cartons, cups, and lids while helping maintain product quality, production efficiency, and a safe work environment.
**Schedule**
**Monday through Friday**
+ **1st Shift:** 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
+ **2nd Shift:** 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
+ **3rd Shift:** 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.
**Pay**
**$15.91 per hour**
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Pack sleeves of cartons, cups, and lids into cases, bags, or trays.
+ Apply labels and verify that products are packaged correctly.
+ Inspect products for defects and report quality concerns immediately.
+ Follow production instructions and company quality standards.
+ Stop equipment or clear minor machine jams when instructed and safe to do so.
