Overview

We are hiring for a permanent part-time 0.82fte Physiotherapist for the Shuswap Lake General Hospital rehabilitation team in Salmon Arm. This position supports acute care and outpatients.

Hours

Days of Work: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shift times/Hours of work: 08:30 to 16:30

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program development, consultation, equipment prescription, and education for clients and/or their caregivers to support functional independence and optimize health outcomes.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team; provide guidance and direction to the rehabilitation assistant.
• Contribute to departmental and professional goals by participating in quality assurance activities, meetings, research, and educational initiatives.
