You will work under the guidance of the Manager of Student Learning Support, collaborating with academic staff to deliver impactful learning experiences for undergraduate and graduate students. This role emphasizes building essential skills and facilitating access to resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter support to students
• Develop academic skills programming grounded in theory
• Coordinate educational efforts with faculty and support units
• Maintain an up-to-date resource repository for students
• Assess program outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in the related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
