Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Department: Rehab Reports To: Director- Rehab Direct Reports: None FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Position Summary The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering of Physical Therapy services as prescribed by a licensed Provider, within an inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health setting. Treatments provided are to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent/limit physical disabilities and/or increase independence to improve patients' overall functioning within their environment. General Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities · Treats patients with Physical Therapy modalities (ex. Ultrasound, NMES, iontophoresis, etc.), skilled therapy techniques (ex.
