Key Responsibilities:
+ Evaluate, plan, program and provide physical therapy services for students with disabilities, ages 5 to 21 years old.
+ Development and implementation of IEP annual goals and objectives based on each student's needs or 504 accommodation plans.
+ Delivery of on-going physical therapy services within program assignment in collaboration with parents, teachers, other school professionals, and appropriate community agencies/services.
