Physical Security Systems Manager – Espoo, Finland

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of physical security systems, acting as the technical authority for video management, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter, intercom, and visitor management systems. Provide all documentation, standards, and compliance support.
• Plan, deliver, and oversee security system projects from design through commissioning, managing vendors, contractors, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain all systems’ operational readiness by managing preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor SLAs, incident escalation, and system updates.
