Phone Sales and Support Representative (Outbound)

In this role, you won't just be dialing for dollars—you'll be the voice of our brand, welcoming new customers, and helping them get the most out of their experience with us.
What You'll Be Doing

• The Warm Welcome: Make outbound calls to new customers to welcome them to the brand and introduce them to additional products they'll love
• Closing the Deal: Take inbound calls to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Support & Billing: Act as a helpful guide for basic billing inquiries and account questions
• Tech Stack Mastery: Navigate daily tasks using Aloware (Phone), HelpScout (Email), CheckoutChamp (CRM), and the standard Google/Microsoft suites
