Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform blood‑taking procedures (venepuncture) to collect blood specimens for laboratory investigations at the inpatient setting (mainly adult & geriatric) in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and Integrated Care Hub (ICH).
- Support sectional initiatives to review and improve work processes to achieve organisational goals.
- Conduct HIV screen interviews for patients.
- Support the Section Leader in other operational and administrative matters.
- Have a keen interest in blood‑taking (venepuncture)
- No experience needed as training will be provided
- Able to work independently and can be a team player
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to work 2 rotating shifts which includes weekends and public holidays. Working hours are as follows (based on roster pattern):
- 7am - 4pm
- 8am - 5pm ...
