This phlebotomist position offers hands-on experience in an outpatient setting, performing frequent blood draws, specimen processing, and packaging for shipment to a medical testing facility. Responsibilities
+ Perform 25–30 blood draws per day, ensuring accurate venipuncture and safe specimen collection.
+ Properly process collected specimens according to established procedures and quality standards.
+ Correctly package samples for transport, following all labeling, documentation, and handling requirements.
+ Communicate daily with clinic staff to organize and schedule patient blood draws.
