Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description:
The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and preparing it for further
testing. This role requires a high level of precision and excellent bedside manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Collect Blood Samples: Draw blood from patients or donors in hospitals, blood banks,
clinics, doctor’s offices, or other healthcare facilities.
2. Prepare Specimens: Ensure that blood samples are correctly labeled and stored to
prevent mix-ups.
3. Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while
handling blood samples.
4. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records on the blood samples they have taken,
including who the patient is and what the blood will be used for.
5. Patient Care: Comfort and reassure patients who may be anxious about the blood draw.
6. Clinic Task: Help Doctors with Assigned Inclinc tasks.
7. Revenue Targets: Ensure & Own Monthly Revenue Targets based on Sample collection
