Overview
Within your team, your essential role will be to greet clients warmly, identify their needs, prepare prescriptions, and ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory. You will be the first contact with the clientele, providing welcome, empathy, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use.
- Identify the needs of the clientele by collecting the necessary data for the preparation of prescriptions.
- Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the clientele.
- For some PJC, prepare pillboxes.
- Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory in order to facilitate its proper functioning.
