This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying programs, initiatives, and strategies that grow pharmacy referrals and improve provider and customer satisfaction. Works collaboratively with organizational leadership to evaluate success and align with organizational priorities. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders which includes travel within the Essentia Health foot print.
