Your Opportunity:
The Pharmacy Manager - Northeast Corridor position, is a key leadership role within Pharmacy Services in North sector. This position is responsible and accountable for providing the direction, leadership, and organization over the pharmacy activities at the Northern Lights Healthcare Centre in Fort McMurray in support of the vision, mission and business plan of Alberta Health Services and Pharmacy Services. You will also be responsible for attracting and developing a team of highly capable, committed staff who share a passion for patient centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration. You supervise the work of a highly skilled team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants as you assume overall accountability for the vision, strategic planning and service delivery of Northeast Corridor for Pharmacy Services.
