Job Description
Pharmasave #402 is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists and technicians in delivering high‑quality patient care
- Greet customers and handle phone inquiries professionally
- Assist with prescription entry, labelling, and packaging under supervision
- Accurately count, measure, and prepare medications
- Receive, stock, and rotate inventory; assist with audits
- Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy and safely dispose of expired/hazardous medications
- Perform clerical tasks (filing, faxing, scanning) and assist with insurance claims and transfers
- Support daily operations and other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Assistant program (asset)
- Previous pharmacy experience (asset)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
