Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
- Administer vaccines and immunizations.
- Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
- Counsel patients on prescriptions, over‑the‑counter products, and health‑related topics, including indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
