Job Summary:
** This position serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Infectious Diseases and Immunizations, providing subject matter expertise in the prevention, management, and treatment of infectious diseases, as well as vaccine-related clinical care and population health initiatives.**
Provide high quality, cost-effective, patient-centered pharmacy services in a variety of settings.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Consults with health care practitioners to establish high quality patient drug therapy plans and outcomes. Monitors patients to insure therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse drug effects.
