Job Description
A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to support specialty and oncology infusion pharmacy operations in Bellevue, WA, with flexibility to float to Seattle as needed. This contract position begins ASAP and extends for 16+ weeks, operating Monday through Friday during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct order verification using Epic system to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Perform final product verification checks in alignment with pharmacy protocols.
- Respond to clinical inquiries and provide drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and oversee pharmacy technician activities to maintain efficient workflow.
- Adhere to USP 797/800 guidelines for sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling.
