You will review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety, dispense medications in line with regulatory standards, and counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects. In addition, you will manage and monitor medication therapy for patients with chronic conditions, perform medication reconciliation, and verify the correct filling of MedBoxes.
