Assist superior in coordinate excavation, transportation and crushing operation by optimum deployment of heavy earth moving machines, ensure optimum feeding to crusher to make the desired blend of limestone available to cement plant
Job Context & Major Challenges
Job Context: Dalla Cement Woks has clinker manufacturing capacity of 2.00 MTPA (Line-1: 1500 TPD Line-2: 4500 TPD) and cement capacity of 0.5 MTPA with one 27 MW Captive Power Plant.
The units has a lease area of Ha out of which Mining Lease has been granted for Ha with balance limestone reserves of around 216 Lac MT.
The cement plant is located around 120 km from Varanasi on Varanasi – Pipari SH-5 on the southern bank of river Sone.
Dalla Cement Works complies with all the conditions stipulated in environment clearance given by Ministry of Environment and Forests.
