What You’ll Do

• Represent TD Insurance as an Auto Claims Advisor and assist in facilitating and coordinating a claim from start to finish.
• Support customer claims from start to finish: arrange towing, set up appraisals and outline coverage under the policy terms.
• Gather, organize and verify required information and documentation from all available sources to ensure a thorough and complete compilation of facts to resolve claims.
• Reconcile estimates from new and preferred vendors to ensure appropriate settlements for damages sustained to a customer's vehicle.
• Contribute to team productivity objectives by maintaining a positive file count and open/close ratio.
• Collaborate with internal partners, stakeholders and external vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops.
