What You'll Do:

• Monitor carrier websites and retrieve policy notices Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our agency management system (Applied Epic) Ensuring policy status reads correctly in Applied Epic Attach policy documents and maintain accurate client records Review and route carrier communications to the appropriate Account Manager Process mortgagee change requests and proof of insurance requests Verify policies are renewed or cancelled in Applied Epic Create follow-up activities for the Account Managers  Process insurance-related mail and documentation Supp...
