We’re a growing, relationship-driven insurance brokerage looking for a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and building long-term trust.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide exceptional day‑to‑day customer service to clients.
• Handle renewals, remarkets, and policy changes with a focus on retention
• Provide coverage advice tailored to client needs
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
• Support producers and collaborate across the team
• Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, endorsements, and submissions

What You Bring

• Active RIBO license (in good standing)
• 2+ years of personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
• Strong knowledge of home and auto policies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities...
