Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal with Australian personal injury law experience to join our team immediately. This is a fully remote position ideal for a professional with a strong background in Australian personal injury matters and excellent client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Australian personal injury case files from intake through resolution.
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related paperwork.
Communicate with clients, insurers, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal deadlines.
Provide administrative and legal support to solicitors.
Handle client inquiries professionally and confidently over the phone.
