As a personal finance advisor, you're responsible for developing and maintaining lasting and trusting relationships with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your role involves listening to their needs, offering tailored advice, and helping them select solutions that meet their financial goals. You will work closely with individuals and businesses, driving results by recommending investments, loans, and insurance products while balancing client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and best practices.
