Role Responsibilities
- Handle policy renewals and client servicing
- Advise clients on short‑term insurance needs
- Request and finalize quotations
- Follow up on underwriting and service matters
- Build strong relationships with clients, providers & colleagues
- Attend relevant job‑specific training
Qualifications
- NQF Level 4 Qualification (minimum) or working experience, with the option to obtain your full qualification.
